Our Story
RSCC was created many years ago to meet the repair and maintenance needs of municipal, K-12 and higher educational clients. Our team of professionals has a very successful history of working with clients, listening to their needs, and creating problem solving solutions. Over the years, JOC has been a successful resource for RSCC to help clients quickly respond to critical repairs such as upgrading life/health/safety systems, new roofs, security upgrades and interior renovations. We have successfully completed projects in K-12 schools, higher education buildings, as well as fire stations, police stations, performing arts facilities, cultural centers, libraries and courtrooms.
